Website inquiry information notice

Updated September 26, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice explains the information requested in our website project inquiry form and identifies the platform notices shown with that form. It is limited to that inquiry process; it does not describe every record or system used for an eventual demolition or cleanup project.

Information in the form

The inquiry form requests your name, email address, phone number and project message. Your message may include a property location, the work requested, approximate quantities, access information and preferred timing. We use the information you provide to respond to your request, discuss the proposed work and consider an estimate. Sending the form does not authorize work or confirm a price or schedule.

Choose what you send

Include information relevant to the project. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, bank credentials or unrelated sensitive information. Provide another person’s contact or property information only when you are authorized to do so. If additional project records are needed, their purpose and delivery method can be discussed before you send them.

UENI and Google notices

The form is provided through UENI. UENI’s Privacy & Cookies Policy describes its platform processing, including information collection, cookies, sharing, storage and contact options: https://ueni.com/en-us/privacy/. Its platform terms are at https://ueni.com/en-us/terms/. The form also displays Google reCAPTCHA notices: Google Privacy Policy, https://policies.google.com/privacy, and Terms of Service, https://policies.google.com/terms. Read those notices for the respective providers’ practices. This inquiry notice does not replace them or change the controls those providers make available.

Questions about your inquiry

For questions about information you sent to CWB Demolition & Reclamation, contact [email protected] or (307) 267-1172. Identify the approximate date and subject of your inquiry without including unnecessary private information. UENI lists [email protected] for questions and requests concerning its own platform processing. A request about a public review should also be directed to the platform on which it was posted.

Separate permission for promotion

Submitting a project inquiry is not permission to use your private message, name or property photographs as company advertising. Promotional use requires a separate permission appropriate to the material. An estimate request also does not by itself give permission for unrelated promotional calls or text messages.
