Project Guide & FAQs

Plan the scope, prepare your estimate request and understand what happens next.
From Project Details to Final Walkthrough

A clear scope helps everyone understand what will be removed, what will remain and how the property should look when the work is complete.

1. Tell Us About the Property

Send the project address, the service you need, approximate dimensions or debris quantities, photos and your preferred timing. Identify anything that must remain and describe access or known material concerns.

2. Review the Site and Scope

We discuss site access, removal boundaries, retained features, material handling and the desired final condition. Any necessary site visit, surveys, utility arrangements or specialist work are identified during planning.

3. Agree on the Work

The written proposal sets out the included work, exclusions, price, payment terms, responsibilities and proposed schedule. Work is scheduled after the agreement and project prerequisites are in place.

4. Complete and Review

The agreed demolition or cleanup is followed by a review of the work area and final condition. Any remaining items and the records included with your project are documented at closeout.

What to Include in Your Estimate Request

The more detail you can share at the start, the easier it is to understand the project and identify the next step.

  • Your name, phone number and preferred contact method.

  • The project address and your relationship to the property.

  • The structure, building components or debris you want removed.

  • Approximate dimensions, quantities and clear photos when available.

  • Structures, landscaping, surfaces and materials that must remain.

  • Driveway width, gates, overhead restrictions and other access details.

  • Known utilities, material concerns and available reports or plans.

  • Your preferred timing and the final site condition you want.

An inquiry starts the project review. Price, scope and scheduling are confirmed through the written proposal and agreement.

What Reclamation Means for Your Project

Reclamation begins with a shared understanding of the condition you want after removal. We identify what will be cleared, which materials may be recovered or retained, and the cleanup standard included in your project. Requirements for foundations, fill, grade, drainage or other finishing work are described separately in the written scope. Salvage ownership and any credit are agreed before removal. Tell us how you plan to use the property so the proposal can address the next stage.

Environmental remediation, hazardous-material abatement and specialist restoration require separate evaluation and arrangements. Their inclusion must be expressly agreed for the project.

Demolition & Cleanup Questions

What services can I request?

Request full building demolition, selective demolition, property cleanup or debris removal. Share what you want removed and what must remain so we can review the site and prepare an appropriate scope.

What is the difference between full and selective demolition?

Full building demolition addresses removal of the structure identified in the agreement. Selective demolition targets specifically identified components or areas while preserving the features listed to remain. Foundation removal, utility work, debris handling and final site condition are defined for each project.

Where do you work?

CWB is based in Casper, Wyoming. Send the project location with your inquiry so we can confirm availability, access requirements and any travel arrangements before preparing the proposal.

How do I get an estimate?

Call (307) 267-1172, email [email protected] or use the estimate form. Include the address, a description, approximate size or quantity, photos and your preferred timing. We will review the information and discuss whether a site visit or additional records are needed.

What affects the price and schedule?

The scope, structure size, materials, access, hauling distance, disposal requirements and requested final condition all affect planning. Surveys, utility arrangements, permits and other prerequisites may also affect timing. The written proposal identifies pricing assumptions and the proposed schedule for your project.

Who handles permits, surveys and utility arrangements?

These responsibilities are reviewed during planning and assigned in the written agreement. Please share any existing permits, reports, plans or utility information. Required clearances and other project prerequisites must be resolved before the affected work begins.

What if there may be asbestos or another material concern?

Tell us about known or suspected material concerns when requesting an estimate and provide any available reports. The project may require qualified evaluation or specialist work before demolition or removal. If an unexpected concern is discovered, the affected work is paused while the condition and next steps are reviewed.

Is hauling and disposal included?

The proposal identifies the material to be removed, hauling and disposal included in the price, and any excluded or separately handled items. Please describe the debris and provide approximate quantities. Disposal or recovery arrangements depend on the material and the receiving facility's requirements.

Can I keep or salvage materials?

Identify the items you want to retain before the scope is finalized so their handling can be reviewed. The agreement should describe who owns salvage, who handles its removal or storage, and any agreed credit. Items to remain are identified alongside the demolition boundaries.

What will the property look like when the work is finished?

Your written scope defines the completion standard. It should specify debris removal, any included foundation work and the agreed surface condition. Fill, grading, compaction, drainage and other finishing work are included only when expressly listed. We review the completed work against that agreed scope.
