Project estimates scheduling and cancellations
Updated September 26, 2026
Requesting an estimate
Tell us the project location, the demolition or cleanup requested, approximate dimensions or debris quantities, access restrictions, desired timing and what must remain. Include known material concerns. Plans, a site visit, utility information or material assessments may be needed before the work can be priced. Do not enter an unsafe structure or disturb suspected hazardous materials to gather information.
Scope and authorization
Sending an inquiry or receiving an acknowledgment does not authorize work, confirm a price or reserve a start date. The written project agreement identifies the contracting parties, property, removal limits, exclusions, disposal arrangements, price, payment terms and scheduling conditions. Any charge for a site visit or estimate must be disclosed and agreed before that chargeable service is provided.
Before work starts
Permits, property authorization, utility arrangements, site conditions and material concerns must be addressed as applicable to the project. The written agreement assigns these responsibilities. Changes to the agreed work, price or schedule are documented and authorized through the project agreement’s change process. Weather, access, utilities, concealed conditions or material issues can affect the proposed schedule.
Payments and deposits
Deposit and payment requirements are stated in the written project agreement. A deposit is not automatically nonrefundable. Any cancellation charge or deduction must be permitted by the agreement and applicable law. Please do not send bank credentials or payment-card details through the website inquiry form.
Cancellation rescheduling and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule, and include your name, project address and agreement reference. The signed agreement and applicable law determine the effect of the request. Any permitted charge for completed work or committed costs, and any refund or remaining balance, should be identified in writing. Rights to cancel, receive a refund or use a legally permitted notice method are preserved. Required transaction-specific cancellation notices are supplied with covered agreements; this webpage does not replace them.
Questions or concerns
Call (307) 267-1172 or email [email protected]. A project inquiry does not commit you to purchase services. You remain free to share an honest review or raise a concern through an available complaint process. UENI’s subscription refund terms concern its website services and are separate from a demolition project agreement.
