Crazy White Boyz (CWB) Demolition & Reclamation uses this website to describe demolition, property cleanup and debris removal services and receive project inquiries. CWB Demolition & Reclamation is the short brand. Service descriptions are general; project availability, location, scope, price and timing are reviewed individually.

A written agreement for the work

An inquiry, website checkbox or automated acknowledgment does not authorize demolition, create a final project price or confirm scheduling. The written project agreement identifies the actual contracting party and the terms for that work. Later website updates do not amend an existing signed agreement.

Information you submit

Provide information you are authorized to share and describe your relationship to the property accurately. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, payment-card information or unnecessary private information. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious software or interfere with the website. A message is not proof of property ownership or permission to remove a structure or belongings.

Actual project photographs, when used, should be understood according to their captions. Salvage, recycling, disposal and final site condition are defined for each project. The brand does not promise a particular recycling percentage or authorize regulated environmental remediation outside an agreed and properly qualified scope.
